YOU MUST REGISTER at our website, or at our Bidder's Office located just outside the Auction Room before bidding on any vehicle. NO BIDS WILL BE TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BIDDERS.

Our bidder fee covers the cost of financially qualifying potential buyers. This is done on the spot and you are provided a numbered Bidder's Paddle. (This way we avoid the problems caused by an individual armed with a six pack buying a $100,000 Rolls Royce and not knowing what he's done.)

A good faith deposit of $500 is taken at time of registering to bid - This can be cash or a run off on your credit card - If you don't buy anything request this back when you leave the Auction.

YOU MUST HAVE VALID IDENTIFICATION with you (i.e., driver's license, passport, credit card, etc.)

Payment for cars you purchase is easy. You may write a personal check to hold your purchase on auction days, then replace it with a certified check on Monday - or you may provide an irrevocable letter of credit from your bank; a cashier's check; cash, of course or bank wire transfer.

You can also get a line of credit to pay for your purchase. Please refer to our sponsors for more details.

Don't forget that you must pay any legal city or state sales or other tax assessed due to our failure to qualify you as exempt from said tax. You must pay the sum equal to 5% (five percent) of the purchase price or a minimum of $100 buyer fee, whichever amount is greater, for any vehicle or article purchased at this auction. This fee will be added automatically upon settlement and payable without relief to auction company.

We are a registered Department of Motor Vehicles dealer and therefore must collect relevant DMV fees which are applicable unless you are a registered auto dealer or exporter to a country outside the USA.

ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AT AUCTION. When the hammer drops, you own it. At auction there is no "buyer's remorse.

We encourage spectators to watch the auction because we find that today's watchers are often tomorrow's buyers. Have fun. We do, bringing this show to you.
